Apple Grape Coleslaw
Coleslaw can be so mundane. It is not one of my favorite food so for me to enjoy it, it needs a twist, an extra ingredient, some difference from the norm. When, I came across this recipe, I knew this was my twist. Apples, I have put into coleslaw and it gives the salad, a whole new dimension. I could only imagine what grapes would do to it.
Apple Grape Coleslaw
Ingredients
1 bag shredded cabbage
salt
1 red apple, chopped
pepper
1/2 cup fresh seedless grapes
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar

This caught my eye, because I like coleslaw fine, but the thought of apples and grapes in it sounded really delicious. Now that I see the instructions, I would like to try this. I don’t have grapes, but I have the apple and cabbage. I’m going to try it!
