New Blondies for Passover (with chocolate chips)

 Chocolate Chip Blondies

  

Ingredients:

  

1 cup granulated sugar

1 cup brown sugar

3/4 cup oil                                                                                                                

2 teaspoons bakingpowder

4 eggs

3 teaspoons vanilla sugar

7 ounces ground almonds

1 cup potato starch

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        

Method:

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

 

Mix all ingredients together except chocolate chips.  Mix well by hand.

 

Place chocolate chips on top of batter.  Do not mix in.

 

Place in 9 x 13 inch pan .

 

Bake for 55 minutes.
